While our official headquarters is located in Reston, Virginia, we get the job done from our home cities around the world, including Ohio, Virginia, The Philippines, and Costa Rica.

Meet the Founder
Rob Chevez
Rob Chevez is the Founder and CEO of GRID Capital Partners, a vertically integrated real estate investment platform built to help individuals and communities create long-term wealth through real estate.
GRID Capital Partners integrates brokerage, acquisitions, property management, construction, lending, title, and investor education into one aligned ecosystem—giving entrepreneurs, agents, and investors a clear path from transactions to ownership. Rob has led over $2B in real estate sales and helped build one of the largest agent-led investor networks in the country.
Each week, Rob shares practical insights on wealth, leadership, and ownership through The Income Flip Newsletter and The Income Flip Podcast, where he teaches how to turn active income into enduring assets.

Meet the Professor
Mark “Bex” Beckett
Mr. Beckett has over 25 years of experience in real estate development, investing and construction. He has worked for several regional and national land developers and home-building companies and has managed the acquisition, entitlement, land development and construction process for multiple residential projects throughout Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Mark has served as Co-Leader of GRID Reston for over 12 years and currently helps develop core GRID Community Leader training and curriculum. While bringing an expert, analytical perspective to the table, Bex also understands the power of engagement and telling stories to build long-term relationships with people in a room.
His sneaker collection is revered by the whole community.

Meet The Integrator
Jessica Swingle
Jessica joined forces with Rob and Mark in 2016 to help build the brand and systems to grow the network into what it is today. Before building what is now known as GRID, Jessica graduated from OSU and her background included real estate, financial management, and coaching.
She is focused on creating a scalable platform, improving the user experience, and creating more opportunities for our entire community. After 15 years living in big cities, Jess moved back to her hometown in Ohio to raise her kids on the same block where she grew up.

Marketing + Design
Brittney Byus
Brittney Byus runs GRID’s media machine and keeps the marketing engine moving. With a background in graphic design and a love for fashion photography, she brings creative vision and strategy together to shape the GRID brand. A trusted part of GRID HQ for over six years, Brittney is the go-to force behind visuals, marketing, and all things brand.

Success Coordinator
Rea Ladera
Rea joined the GRID HQ team in early 2021. Working from her home city in the Philippines, Rea works alongside the team in lockstep—sometimes, we think Rea never actually sleeps. With a degree in finance, Rea has a wide range of professional skills that makes her an asset to the GRID HQ team.
She is Mom to four kittens, Darcy, Lucy, Leo, and Jazz.
