Before real estate, Kaleo graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2009 and served eight years as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy. His military background shaped his leadership style — disciplined, mission-driven, and grounded in accountability — principles that now define how he builds teams and businesses.
Kaleo is also a former Team Leader, Operating Partner, and franchise owner of Keller Williams Elite 757, where he played a key role in scaling operations, developing leaders, and integrating systems that support sustainable growth.
